- No Use of electric heat, electric hot water heaters
or in-unit washers and dryers
- No air conditioning allowed in tents
- $20 non refundable deposit to hold reservation ($50
for rental units)
- Cash, VISA, or MasterCard accepted
- All fees are non-refundable
- Management reserves the right to limit the number of
people who occupy or visit a site
