By entering Campground property, campers,
guests and/or visitors assume all risks and
dangers incidental to the activity of
camping in a rustic outdoor environment.
Campers, guests and/or visitors also give
permission, without compensation, for your
and/or your guests and/or your camping
companions, photos and/or likeness to be
used in campground advertising including but
not limited to website and brochures.

Reservation Policy
While we make every effort to accommodate
requests for specific sites, we make no guarantee that a
specific site will be available at the time of arrival.
RV and TENT SITES:
- $50 nonrefundable deposit required to hold site
reservation
- Reservation balance due upon check-in
- In event of cancellation:
- If the campground is notified at least 8 days prior
to check-in date, reservation deposit can be applied to
a different reservation for the same party. Credit
expires one year from the original check-in date. This
is a one-time courtesy.
- In event of no show or less than 8 days prior to
check-in date, all monies are forfeited.
COTTAGE RENTALS:
- $100 nonrefundable deposit required to hold cottage
reservation
- Reservation balance due one month prior to check-in
date. Any balance due one month prior to reservation
will be automatically charged to credit card on file.
- In event of cancellation:
- If the campground is notified prior to one month
before reservation check-in date, reservation deposit
can be applied to a different reservation for the same
party. Credit expires one year from the original
check-in date. This is a one-time courtesy.
- In event of a no show or less than one month notice,
all monies paid are forfeited.
- No smoking or pets are allowed in or around units.
- A $100 cash security deposit required at check-in,
refundable at checkout upon site review.
- Bring own linens and toiletries.
- See Cottage Amenities Sheet for more details.
HOLIDAY
POLICY:
- $50 nonrefundable deposit required to hold site
reservation
- $100 nonrefundable deposit required to hold cottage
reservation
- Reservation balance due one month prior to holiday.
Any balance due one month prior to holiday reservation
will be automatically charged to credit card on file.
- In event of cancellation:
- If the campground is notified prior to one month
before holiday date begins, reservation deposit can be
applied to a different reservation for the same party.
Credit expires one year from the original check-in date.
This is a one-time courtesy.
- In event of a no show or less than one month notice,
all monies paid are forfeited.
PAYMENT:
- We accept:
- Cash
- Checks with prior Management approval only
- VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards All
deposits are nonrefundable
- $40 fee per returned check
- No refunds after check-in
GUESTS and VISITOR:
- All guests and/or visitors:
- Must register at the Ranger Station upon arrival
- Are subject to fee plus applicable taxes
- Must be a guest/visitor of a registered camper
- Registered camper must be on site with guest/visitor
at all times
- Registered camper is responsible for guest/visitor
- Registered camper must meet guest/visitor at Ranger
Station for check-in
- Guest/visitor cannot bring pets onto Campground
property
- Maximum number of people, including guests and
visitors, is eight per camp site or six per cottage.
GOLF CARTS – PRIVATELY OWNED:
- Must register golf cart at Ranger Station at
check-in
- Electric golf carts only
- Must be in good condition, working order with
headlights & taillights
- Must be driven by licensed driver
- Subject to fee
- Must provide proof of golf cart insurance, minimum
of $100,000/$300,000 coverage
BOATS – PRIVATELY OWNED:
- Must register boat at Ranger Station at check-in
- One boat trailer allowed per site reservation
- Subject to fee
- Must be parked in boat parking area
- Cannot be taken to camp site
PET FRIENDLY POLICY:
- Pet cannot be left unattended
- Pet must be non-aggressive
- Pet must be leashed when outdoors; pet can be off
leash within Bark Park
- You must clean up after your pet immediately no
matter where on Campground property it does its business
- Provide proof of current rabies vaccination upon
request Pet cannot be a nuisance to your neighbors
- Guest/visitor cannot bring pets onto Campground
property
- Management reserves the right to not allow your pet
on campground property or to compel you to remove your
pet from campground
