Reservation Policy
While we make every effort to accommodate
requests for specific sites, we make no guarantee that a
specific site will be available at the time of arrival.
Pet Friendly Policy
In order to have your pet on GPFC property, you must
adhere to our Pet Friendly Policy.
Please be aware of GPFC’s Pet Friendly Policy:
- Pet cannot be left unattended
- Pet must be non-aggressive
- Pet must be leashed at all times
- You must clean up after your pet immediately no
matter where on Campground property it does it’s
business
- You must provide us with a current rabies
certificate which shows that your pet is current on its
rabies vaccination
- Pet cannot be a nuisance to your neighbors
- Management reserves the right to not allow your pet
on GPFC property or to compel you to remove your pet
from GPFC property.

Reservation Policy
NON-HOLIDAY:
- $20 nonrefundable deposit required to hold site
reservation
- $50 nonrefundable deposit required to hold rental
unit reservation
- Reservation balance due upon check-in
- In event of cancellation:
- If notify GPFC at least two days (48 hours)
prior to check-in date, reservation deposit can be
applied to a different reservation for the same
party within the current calendar year. This is a
one-time courtesy.
- In event of no show or less than 48 hours prior
to check-in date, deposit is forfeited.
HOLIDAY:
- $20 nonrefundable deposit required to hold site
reservation
- $50 nonrefundable deposit required to hold rental
unit reservation
- Reservation balance due two weeks prior to holiday.
Any Balance due two weeks prior to holiday reservation
will be automatically charged to credit card on file
- In event of cancellation -
- If notify GPFC prior to two weeks before holiday
rate begins, reservation deposit can be applied to a
different reservation for the same party within the
current calendar year. This is a one-time courtesy.
- In event of a no show or less than two weeks
notice, all monies paid are forfeited.
PAYMENT:
- We accept
- VISA with proper identification
- MasterCard with proper identification
- Cash
- Checks with GPFC Management approval only
- All deposits are nonrefundable
- $40 fee per returned check
- No refunds after check-in
GUESTS:
- All guests:
- Must register at the Camp Store upon arrival
- Are subject to guest fee plus applicable taxes
- Must be a guest of a registered camper
- Management reserves the right to limit the
number of people including guests allowed per site
- Registered camper must be on site with guest(s)
at all times
- Registered camper is responsible for guest(s)
- Registered camper must meet guest at Camp Store
at time of guest's arrival for check-in
- Guest with pet(s) must register pet(s) at Camp
Store upon arrival and abide by our Pet Friendly
Policy. Must provide certificate of current
rabies vaccination.
GOLF CARTS – PRIVATELY OWNED:
- Must register golf cart at Camp Store at check-in
- Electric golf carts only
- Must be in good condition and working order
- Must have headlights and taillights
- Must be driven by licensed driver
- Subject to a per day fee
- Must provide proof of golf cart insurance, minimum
of $100,000/$300,000 coverage
